
The International Conference on Software Maintenance and Evolution (ICSME 2025) is seeking enthusiastic student volunteers to assist in making the conference a success. This is an excellent opportunity to engage with the software engineering community, gain valuable experience, and expand your professional network.
Conference Details:
- Dates: September 7–12, 2025
- Location: Auckland, New Zealand

Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a full-time undergraduate, Master’s, or Ph.D. student at the time of the conference
- Proficient in English, the primary language of the conference
Volunteer Responsibilities:
- Approximately 20 hours of work during the conference week, including:
- Helping with ICSME and the co-located events (VISSOFT and SCAM).
- Assisting with registration and conference bag preparation
- Providing technical support to speakers and attendees
- Guiding participants to various locations within the conference venue
- General assistance as needed
Availability:
- Volunteers should be available for the entire duration of the conference week. Please indicate any scheduling conflicts in your application; not all volunteers will be required for the full duration.
